Can’t log on to MS Exchange Server

I’m in college and have a computer in my dorm. The university uses Microsoft Exchange and until a couple of weeks ago I used to be able to access my mail through Outlook 2000, but then I just couldn’t. I’ve email and talked with the tech support here and they had me try several things but couldn’t fix the problem. I can access my email through Outlook on any campus computer and even on my computer through the web access, so there’s nothing wrong with my account. The tech support assured me that I have every setting set correctly and that it should work! I realize its hard to troubleshoot this problem but I just wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions, tips, registry hacks, or anything that might help with this problem?
