Cant open my pst

Hello

I have recently started a new job.
Prevousily i was using outlook 03,im now using groupwise.
I created a pst but now when i try opening it on my laptop outlook doesnt even want to open, it comes up with the error “microsoft outlook has experienced a problem.send or dont send error”
I have reinstalled office 2003 but it still does the same thing.

is ther a tool that i can use to open both groupwise n outlook on my laptop.
