Cant recv. mail from addrss w/ has apostrophe

Hello there, I am currently using groupwise 5.5 Enhancement Pack as my email and I am using GWIA as my SMTP. So far everything is fine, except
that I cannot receive any email if the sender’s email address contain an apostrophe in it. Any idea what is wrong or there is a fix for this ?
