Carrier frequency offset

hi ppl.. can anybody elaborate on the “self conjugation technique for cancellation of carrier frequency offset for OFDM systems” after offset estimation?? along with the advantages and disadvantages of the same?? other CFO cancellation techniques which can possibly deliver a better performance are also welcome. with thanks in advance
