Change text at BIOS post? Dell GX110

Hello!

So my work place aquired a Dell OptiPlex GX110 for simple tasks like word processing and storing files.

Now, there is text at the POST screen that is displaying the text ‘Chinook Health Region’. . . i would like to change this text to the name of my work place. (See image below)

I was assuming that a BIOS update was going to clear this, but I guess not!

Any help is greatly appreciated!
