i am developing an application using Visual basic 2005,crystal report XI and database is in oracle 9i.
i am giving four inputs to have the corresponding report.For the fourth input,every time select statement in the query need to be changed.due to which i have to make seperate reports for each selection.for eg- if i have a combo box and it has 20 items to select,then i have to connect 20 crystal reports for the corresponding item.
i want to write a code in which a single report is generated,only the select list is changed at the time of every selection.
i want to simplyfy it so that at runtime a huge amount of reports need not to be loaded.
please give me the solution as aoon as possible.
i need the VB2005 code to write a query for crystal reportXI and also how to give database logon information code,so that no need to enter login details at every runtime.
