Comma as a data in a input file

we have an CSV source file with 3 input which has Comma embedded withing data for instance: xxxx,USA, United State’s of America,USD

How is it that we can keep comma part of data. Please elaborate, as I am new to the tool. If your suggestion is to use quotation in source file, and then strip, please inform where should this be done, and just quick example.
