Configure Netopia DSL, Static IP Block with Firebox

I’ve been scratching my head over this configuration for days. I’ve bridge the Netopia modem, tried to change configuration in the Firebox. I used to have Cable instead of DSL and didn’t have nearly this much trouble. The firebox is completely setup (Trusted, Optional Network)except for this new problem with the External Network. I can’t seem to get it. Any help would be appreciated.
