Connecting MS Exh 5.5 DS to ORACLE DB

We have employees’ data stored in ORACLE DB. of our HR Application, and we need the fields in user properties in the Exchange server 5.5 to be updated automaticly once the field in the ORACLE DB changes.
Is there a way to link our directory servicein the Exchange to our employees’ database in HR system (ORACLE based)
