Connecting my wireless Dell to existing wired PC using D-LINK wireless

Okay here it is….My parents home PC is wired by cable. I want to hook up their wireless D-LINK they have from before, to connect my wireless Dell on their network.

How do I connect their wired PC and my wireless Dell using a wireless router? I got as far as getting a signal but, not able to access any webpages.

I have looked and tried to no avail.

Please help, I am a rookie.
