Connecting two Exchange servers

Hi

My company just bought out another company. I want to setup a two way trust or add them as a child domain to our domain. The problem is I want them to keep there existing exchange server and there domain controller. I do however want them to see our exchange server and I want them to see our user’s contact information (email address, phone#…) in Exchange when they lookup a user’s email address. Any ideas?
