Connection Lost on win95 to server 2000

I keep lossing the connections between windows 95 clients attached to W2k server. The clients logon runs correctly including the running of the script but in a short time the connection to the server just stops requiring re-logging in. Any clue as to what may be causing this or how to fix it.
