Constantly delete cookies

Could somebody make a batch file for me that would automatically and constantly delete cookies in IE6? I have very little experience with batch files. I’ve seen other files that will do it, but nothing constantly. The batch file I tried didn’t work. I am running IE6 and XP pro SP2. I’m testing out a project. Thanks In Advance for any help.
