Seeking advice how to formulate a pitch to large company.
Have identified, what is believed to be a very attractive, large revenue generating service to a large company. Even if the revenues are not generated on the scale projected, company may still want to offer service for other, strategic reasons.
Assume that I can put this pitch directly in front of a Cxx level executive for substantive consideration.
Need help in formulating offer.
Would like to get paid to prove concept, as well as formulating marketing strategy, etc.
Ideally would like to get paid for all of the following separate elements, or as much as possible
1. The ‘big idea’ (aka concept)
2. Development to prove concept (market, feasibility, marketing strategy, etc)
3. Residual or royalty on revenues generated by this service, and/or other derivative services obtained as a result of initiative based on concept brought to company
