conversion of file

Hi there all Tech Gurus,I am having a china made PDA which only support JAR/JAD files for instaaling any software. So Pls any body can help me by giving some advises how to install software which most comes in exe and sis format or else can i get a converter which i can conver there files and from which site. Thank you very much i will appreciate if any help.
