Corel Draw lost shortcut

After upgrading to Office 2003 the Corel Draw shortcut that sat on the desktop disappeared. Upon going to Programs\Corel Draw to re-create the shortcut; it is not there either. Examined: c:programs found corel draw folder but the executable is not listed. The end user can open the program by going to a corel draw file & launching it and the program appears. However, they cannot launch corel draw any other way. How do we get the shortcut back or make it visiable again on the program listing?
