cost model for enterprise management

Hi,
I’m interested in knowing how many DBAs are usually employed to manage a determined number of Oracle instances and UNIX boxes.
Currently I have 6 DBAs to manage about 80 Oracle instances and 6 system managers to manage about 60 UNIX boxes. Howdoes this compare with other situations?
