Cost of Pro Data Recovery

Can anyone give me an approximate cost for recovering data off a hard drive that won’t spin? I have tried almost all of the techniques I could find to revive the hard drive and now just want to know about how much I can expect to pay a company likeMDS or Ontrack to open the case and recover the data? It is a 5 year old 2G hard drive.
