Cost of supporting Exchange infrastructure

I would be interested if anyone had some benchmarks for the cost of supporting MS Exchange infrastructure (e.g. 1 admin person per 1000 mail boxes).

Aligned to this I would be interested in general admin of NT servers (e.g. 1 admin per 20 NT servers)

any help would be gratefully received
