Craigslist post alerts in Outlook

Someone said that he knows someone that has an alert sent to Outlook when a new post is listed in a the jobs and services categories drilled down to his area. Has anyone heard of such an add-on and know where to get one?
Or maybe there’s another app out there that does that without Outlook?
