create a book disk for ghosting

Guys, I need help creating boot disks to access the network for ghosting. I need these disk for laptops and desktops (various models) for large scare deployments and backup images. I know you need some elements of the NIC driver but I’ve never created a boot disk to access the network for ghosting. Appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
