Create a bootable WinXP CD slipstreamed with SP2 and hotfixes

On 01/17/2007 Tech Republic posted an article by Louis Nel regarding the creating of a bootable Windows XP DC incorporating SP2 and the various MS hotfixes. I have rigorously followed the instructions from Mr. Nel. Regrettable when I follow the instructions I am invariably met with failure. The following are the command lines I have used and the result:

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner>cd\
C:\>WP_sp2>WindowsXP-KB836935-ENU /integrate:C:\WinXP
‘WP_sp2’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
