Create ghost of image of c: and e: parti

We will be making fresh builds of all our front end server types and creating ghost images of them, to assist in the event that servers need to be rebuilt.
I have completed a fresh install on one of the server.

I need to create a ghost image ofentire drive, with ip address remove in order to avoid conflicts with future ghosted servers.
How do I proceed? thanx
