creating designed email ads/ newsletters

Hi. I use mac intel and I’m trying to find out about software to create
email ads. Eg I get loads sent to me from record companies,
newspapers etc. Also many music sites I’m on send fancy email
newsletters with images photo b/g and most importantly internet link
buttons. I use CS3 standard (photoshop/ illustrator/ acrobat etc). I’m
hoping someone might have some idea of software I can maybe use in
conjunction with CS3. Also inexpensive if pos.

Does this make any sense? kind regards – Ken
