Crystal Report: Multi Colum nDisplay

I have a report group by employee and the detail is display the one week working schedule using multi column.
ex,
employee 1
Mon Shift … Sun Shift
:
employee n
Mon Shift … Sun Shift

My question is how can I force the employee and shift display on the same page.
