Cut & paste from listbox/combobox

I have an Access database which has a field for keywords. The box is populated from this field, in sorted (alphabetic) order. I want to enable the user to copy a keyword from the listing, and then paste it into another field, where it will be used as search criteria.

Any suggestions on how to do this?
