Every two minutes a popup window pops up (inspite of having pop-ups blocked) showing the above text and I don’t know how to remove it from my system or disable it or block it completely.

I have Quick Heal Antivirus installed in my machine which has xp loaded.

Can anybody please help me how to overcome this annoying problem?
