Data Center Cooling and Environmental Control Systems

We have had mixed success with various vendors/manufacturers in regards to implementing data center cooling and environmental control systems. Additional upgrades are pending. It would be of great interest to us to learn of your experiences with turn-key data center cooling and environmental control systems from the likes of APC, Emerson/Leibert, York, etc in the 10-20 ton range. Of particular interest is your experience with the quality of the installation, equipment reliability, serviceability, and the systems? ability to meet your expectations. Input into your experience with the pre and post sales process would also be appreciated.
