Decimal points in DateDiff Calculation

Access 2007
I have set up a personnel database (not using ANY programming)and want to calulate the difference in YEARS between 2 dates. However it come out as a whole number – rounded up – but I need it more exact that that – i.e. to at least 2 decimal places. How can I do that without resulting to any programming.
