Default Scaling Size in MS Office 2003

I have a user that would like her default scaling size to be Letter as opposed to No Scaling. I have had no luck trying to figure this out by searching the web.

I am using Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003. The desired setting is in MS Word, but I assume the setting will travel between all office suite products.

Basically, when the user goes to File>Print the print dialog window comes up. Down in the lower right hand corner in the Zoom section, there is a drop-down list that is labeled Scale to paper size: The default setting is No Scaling. However, I would like to change the default to Letter.

Anyone know how to do this?
