Degree Evaluation

hopefully someone else has done this!
I moved back to the US a year ago and recently had my Swedish Bachelors Degree (BA in Psychology) evaluated by IERF (ierf.org) and they equate it to only 90 semester units! So apparently I need 30 more units to REALLY have a bachelors degree I can use here in the US.
Has anyone else had their degree evaluated? Is there a chance a different evaluating service will equate it to a bachelors degree in the US?
