design of mimo ofdm using LMS algorithm

we are doing our project in MIMO ofdm.
we dont know where to apply the LMS algorithm ie..whether to apply the algorithm in the transmitter side or in the receiver side.if it is in the receiver side, in which stage we have to apply..ie before demodulation or some other stages….also we want the program.
