Diagnostic tool for failed software installs…

Hello. We are having trouble installing a software called Hummingbird. For some reason it fails on half of our machines…the logs are of no use, as are the Hummingbird software people.

I looking for a tool to help identify where the install is failing, what it may be conflicting with.

Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.
