Distribution list help please

Using the active users directory, I recently added users to a group. I must have done something wrong. Using outlook when I type the group name in the To field a few of these users do not show up. I have examined the settings on user names that do show up and compared them with the ones that don’t and do see anything wrong. Ideas?
