DNS IP not updated

Hi,
my company is running Windows 2003 Active Directory and I’ve realized some clients have same IP address on DNS.

example:

host1: 192.xx.xx.45
host2: 192.xx.xx.45
host3: 192.xx.xx.45

do you know why?

Any help would be appreciated.
