Do you know of a reference site I can look at?

I am interested in using TikiWiki for an intranet covering business and IT processes for the company I am working at.

Do you know of a site that I can get under the hood of and have a play?

I am particularly interested in page version control, review and approval and importing/working with Office Docs. Also, is there any form of workflow and form generation/capture built in?
