Does a shop preclude business users?

by andrew . Updated 17 years, 3 months ago

For years I was told that businesses do not buy from shops so as an IT reseller we should only have offices. However with everything becoming so commercialised and even businesses wanting to pick things up immediately should a B2B IT reseller now have a retail premisses on the high street?

With a shop that is set out in a B2B format with consultancy desks and demo stands but not crammed with the latest toys, gizmos and gadgets it would still attract retail trade but would it deter the business user?

Let me know your thoughts…
