Domain Admin rights in multiple trusted domains

How can I assign an account in one domain, domain admin rights in other trusted domains?

as an example, I have 4 domains (dom1, dom2, dom3 and dom4) and I have an account in dom1 that has Domain Admin rights. I need that account to also have domain admin rights to dom2 – dom4. I have yet to find a solution to this problem.
