Domain Controler TIme

Im Gayan From Construction company in Sri Lanka
I just add all the computers to the domain controler. our some peoples are using pirated softwares for the survey and designing s, so they have to change there computers time to use that software. so when the changed they are time they unable to access other computers in the domain controller. so how can i disable this option from the domain controller
