Domain Log-in Problem?

Dear Sir,

im working with Windows2003 with active directory.
i would like to ask, im facing delay to log in DOMAIN sometimes taking long time to log-in it takes 3-5 minutes to log in.

What is the cause of this problem
how can i solve this problem.
