domain problem not able to access particular domain name

hi!! all ‘m facing this problem from past 2 days in my office .. ‘m not able to access a particular domain in my office ..but all other than domains ‘m able to access … ‘m using a broadband service … i have called the helpline .. but still they r not able to resolve the issue .. can i know y this problem occurred and any guidance on how to solve this issue ..
