Dual-booting with XP Home and WIN2k

I recently purchased a new HP desktop computer with XP Home pre-installed on it. When I went to install my preferred OS, WIN2K, I received an error message that booting was disabled because I was running a newer version of Windows. I went to run FDSIK to repartition the hard drive and the DOS command would not run. How do I get past this security feature to install WIN2K?
