hi, i needed some input on setting up an email site, preferably a free solution . i run a club in the city and we have about 5,000 regulars with many new members joining monthly. i wanted to start a email website for my patrons, where they would be able to go to my domain and sign up for email account (example: john@myclub.com, sally@myclub.com), much like yahoo or hotmail. i am obviously looking for something thats very scalable to large number of users and future expansions,virus checking of email,spam control, address book, etc etc, basically all standard features you would find in hotmail or yahoo. I would also like to have the ability to run a 1 line message at the bottom of each email sent by my members for club news purposes and events that couldn’t be manipulated by the members (meaning it couldn’t be turned off by them). Also would like to have the ability to send a newsletter to all of the members from my admin account simulatenously. The website login/front page design is going to be handled by a design team in town i found, i just need the best back end solution to power this website.
