EGhost_Reg_Fail

I’m no longer able to display any websites from the internet on my home laptop computer for about a week now. The top/title of the browser has the following “Internet Explorer cannot display the website – EGhost_Reg_Fail”

Does this message mean anything to anyone ? What can I do to resolve the problem ?
