Enable Java Script

I own a T-mobile MDA. A site that I need to check frequently from my phone stated that I needed to enable my java script. How do I do so? I have tried going to tools and edit when I am in the pocket Internet Explorer browser. I have also tried changing my settings. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!
