End User hardware

I have been seeing alot of emails lately where an end user has been requesting, if not dictating their PC hardware requirements.

This seems a bit strange to me as this would probably be best reviewed via PC audit and IT recommendations…

Am I completely off my rocker or do others see this kind of thing too?
