Error accessing file. Network connection may have been lost.

In MS Project 2007 VBA, I get the “Error accessing file. Network connection may have been lost.”

None of my attempts to get rid of the error has been successful. Attempts to fix include
1. Removed and reinstalled all microsoft products (Office 2007, VISIO 2007, Project 2007)
2. Started a new Project file and imported modules and forms.

I appreciate any advise/suggestions. Thank You
