Error: Windows Has Failed Generic Host Process Windows 32 services

A DEP error msg…along with a DCOM Server process launcher service, must restart…
Okay, here it goes. I get these error messages; Doesn’t have to do with a HP Printer, checked that. I know to use the “shutdown -a” command when the DCOM timer starts. I’ve scanned and quarantined a couple of Trojans and other spy/adware with Spybot Search and Destroy thinking that would clear the DCOM timer and DEP messages, but it didn’t. Oh, the DEP msg comes up on startup, I ran msconfig and didn’t see anything suspicious…suggestions anyone?
