Error wnen running Ghost 6.5

Im trying to ghost a nt 4 server that is mirrored.. When It starts to access hard drive I get message check disk needs to be run or Nt needs to be flushed.. Please help.
Also should I break the mirror before I try ghosting. Thanks all
