Evaluation criteria – Pre & Post imp ERP

We are a ERP implementation company. Our SBU has to present a paper on following:

1. Evaluation criteria in good Vendor Relations

2. How to measure Customer Satisfaction Level after ERP implementation

3. How to evaluate Internal Customer Satisfaction Level i.e within Project Team, Back Office Support, Management of Company etc.

4. How to do Presales activities – ideal way?

5. Post Implementation of ERP Review.

We would like to have bullet points or method that would help to quantify the results so that our SBU will be judged on those indicators.
